Extended Interruption (Part 7)

I would be bouncing up and down as I had been the entire trip….

We sat at the bar in the kitchen and very soon realized that those bagels would be the last meal we’d eat in that house. Melancholy sets in.

It was full, save for the gaps in between the odd shaped items and other cavities, which would be filled by whatever was within hands reach.

This was a complete bait and switch that we were expected to just fold on and agree to.

After I put the bike back on its stand I went to the rear of the bike and got on my aching knees and there is was…..

…..and even cleaning up dog poop in the back yard.

With that, came the foregoing of things that I prefer to do like cycling, motorcycling…..

The impact was slightly….. what’s the word?…… Abrupt.
